Video content doesn't show - page is blank

The video playback issue you're experiencing has to do with a local setting on your computer, not the Revizzit app.

Revizzit does not implement the video playback, it simply loads the webpage into our app using your own default browser.

For starters, let's check the following:

Make sure there isn't anything that would prevent a web page from loading the video player. For example, the video player likely uses Javascript; make sure your computer allows Javascript.

Here is a sample video link similar to most Revizzit self-hosted videos that you can open in your regular browser (not the Revizzit app) as a test:
