That is the Manager Error, and it has to do with the sync process getting interrupted during the download. This can be caused a number of ways: a wifi connection issue, closing the app mid-sync, or opening products during a sync process.
Usually, this can be corrected easily by just turning the product OFF using the LiveSwitch next to the product icon. Then, slide the switch ON again and allow it to stream in completely. Make sure you have adequate internet connection when syncing.
