Due to technical limitations on Apple's iOS devices, not all content can be viewed on iPads, including certain types of video formats and Adobe's Flash technology.
For this reason, Revizzit's producers must choose to make their products available for the iPad by publishing to that app specifically, in addition to our Mac and PC apps.
If you have purchased a product and it does not appear on your Revizzit Mobile app, it's likely that the product has not been published for iPad.
Please confirm that the products you've purchased are published specifically for the iPad by checking the product listing in the Revizzit Store - they are marked with a blue "iPad" tag (see image below):
If you would like to notify the producer of your product that you would like to have access on iPad, you can send them an email from our Contact page by choosing "Problem with a specific product" in the drop-down list, and sending them a personal message. Be sure to include the product name in the necessary field!
If producers are aware of the demand, they may take the steps to make the product available on Revizzit Mobile!
